Mohabbatein
The story
In the heart of India, there exists a remarkable institution known as Gurukul, a school unlike any other. Gurukul is led by a man named Narayan, who has dedicated 25 years of his life to shaping the young minds of his students. His approach is steeped in tradition, honor, and discipline, instilling in his pupils the values of respect and responsibility. However, Narayan’s strict rules extend even to matters of the heart, frowning upon the very idea of romantic relationships among his students. He goes as far as threatening expulsion for those caught in such situations. But as fate would have it, love finds its way into the hallowed halls of Gurukul, challenging the very foundations of the school’s principles.
Love Stories
1. Sameer and Sanjana
Sameer, a student at Gurukul, finds his heart drawn towards Sanjana, a childhood friend. Their connection goes beyond the walls of the school, testing Sameer’s loyalty to Gurukul.
2. Vicky and Ishika
Vicky, another student, crosses paths with Ishika, a girl from a nearby all-girls school. Their shared passion for dance ignites a spark that Vicky can hardly contain.
3. Karan and Kiran
Karan’s heart belongs to Kiran, a young woman he encountered one night at a train station. Her image haunts him, and he yearns to win her over.
Winds of Change with Raj Aryan
The winds of change blow into Gurukul with the arrival of Raj Aryan, the school’s new music teacher. Raj brings with him a philosophy that starkly contrasts with Narayan’s beliefs. He believes that love is not a hindrance but a force that can enrich the lives of Gurukul’s students. Raj takes it upon himself to support Sameer, Vicky, and Karan in their quest for love.
Raj takes a bold step by throwing a party and inviting girls from a nearby college to Gurukul. When Narayan discovers the event, he threatens to fire Raj. However, Raj reveals a haunting secret from the past – he was once a student at Gurukul, and he had fallen in love with Megha, Narayan’s only daughter. Narayan’s strictness had led to Raj’s expulsion, and Megha’s anguish had driven her to a tragic end. Raj returns to Gurukul to honor Megha’s memory and challenges Narayan’s stringent “no love” rule.
Despite Narayan’s efforts to tighten the school’s rules and even expel Sameer, Vicky, and Karan, the students, inspired by Raj, stand their ground. In one final attempt to maintain the school’s traditional atmosphere, Narayan expels them. Raj, however, refuses to let love be defeated and speaks up for the students, defending their right to love. He accuses Narayan of indirectly causing his own daughter’s death with his rigid principles. This harsh truth deeply wounds Narayan, and he realizes that his unwavering stance on love is flawed.
In a transformative moment, Narayan humbly apologizes to the students, steps down as the head of Gurukul, and proposes Raj Aryan as his successor. Raj graciously accepts, and in doing so, he brings not only a change in leadership but also a change in the school’s outlook. Love, once forbidden, now finds a place at Gurukul, along with a newfound respect for tradition and compassion.

As Akash reached Tanakpur, he found himself faced with a significant decision—to sell his grandfather’s beloved studio. This small choice would lead to a cascade of events that would forever change his life. As he stepped into the studio for what he believed would be the last time, a rush of nostalgia enveloped him, and he was transported back in time to his childhood.
A flashback to Innocence story takes a poignant turn as we are introduced to six-year-old Akash, who lived with his parents and his beloved grandfather, a skilled photographer. It was his grandfather who made a prophecy that would shape Akash’s future. He predicted that Akash would fall in love with a girl living exactly 500 steps away from their studio, and their love would be eternal, yet they would never be able to live together.
Akash embarked on the 500-step journey, only to be disappointed by finding a girl older than him at the end. Little did he know that his true love story had not yet unfolded.
As Akash advanced to high school, he fell head over heels for Shruti. Their love was genuine, but life had different plans for them. Akash, driven by the desire to pursue higher studies in Mumbai, left Shruti without any explanation. This abrupt departure shattered Shruti, and she struggled to comprehend his seemingly selfish decision after their deep, affectionate relationship.
Back to the present, Akash faces a string of challenges. He loses his job and is on the brink of despair when he receives an ultimatum from his boss. Desperate and alone, she stumbles upon a voice note left by Akash. Her search for him intensifies, and as she passes by her own house, her heart begins to race. It is then that she realizes that Akash was her heart’s donor; his heart always beat faster when he passed by her house, reflecting his deep love for her.
