The Surge in fighter Advance Bookings
Before the movie “Fighter” takes off in theaters, there’s already a lot of excitement in the advanced bookings. The tickets started selling on Friday, and within 4 to 5 days, the movie has proven to be quite popular. However, there’s surprising news about the film – the ticket prices for advanced booking have gone beyond 2000. Despite these high prices, people seem eager to book tickets.
The Success Despite High Prices
Ticket prices vary across different locations, reflecting a common trend in Bollywood films. Interestingly, in Mumbai, the audience shows no hesitation in booking tickets despite the relatively expensive rates. The highest-priced ticket for “Fighter” is set at ₹2200 at Aionics Worli in the Artaria Mall Insignia. Additionally, PVAR Living Room Luxe and Jio World Drive at Bandra Kurla Complex offer tickets at ₹2050.
In terms of numbers, more than a hundred thousand tickets have been sold for “Fighter’s” opening day. This includes 44,859 tickets for the 2D version, 5,978 tickets for the 3D version, and 1,567 tickets for the 4DX 3D version through advance bookings. Maharashtra leads in advance ticket bookings, contributing ₹93 lakhs from Mumbai alone. Delhi has earned ₹8.52 lakhs, while Telangana and Karnataka have also made significant contributions with sales of ₹9.32 lakhs and ₹8.5 lakhs, respectively.
Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s Chemistry
“Fighter” holds special significance as it marks the first collaboration between Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan. Audiences are appreciating their chemistry in the three songs released so far. The film is directed by Siddharth Anand.
