Ananya Panday, in particular, is being praised for her portrayal of Ahana in the movie. Ananya debunked the stereotype of women not supporting each other in the industry, she disclosed that after watching Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, both Alia Bhatt and Mrunal Thakur personally called her, while Kriti Sanon messaged her to commend her performance in the film directed by Arjun Varian Singh. This revelation challenges the gossip about actresses not getting along due to competition for opportunities. Ananya emphasized that the perception of women being unsupportive is merely an external stereotype. Drawing from her experiences working together with other heroine movies, including collaborations in Student of the year 2, with Tara Sutaria and Pati patni aur who with Bhumi Pednekar, and in Gehraiyaan  with Deepika Padukone, Ananya stated that she has always had positive interactions.

How Ananya got role in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan ?

Ananya shared insights into how she secured the role in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. While filming with Siddhant, she learned that Arjun Varain Singh would be narrating the movie to him. Eager to be a part of it, she intentionally adopted a tomboyish look and organized a football game when Arjun visited the set. Impressed by her approach, Arjun recognized her as the perfect fit for the character of Ahana and subsequently asked her to audition, leading to her successful casting in the film. After the movie’s release, Ananya expressed the team’s collective pride and joy. She marked the occasion by taking some time off to celebrate the film’s success.
